Premier Trading University Student Acknowledgment Agreement

By enrolling in the Premier Trading University Masterclass ("Program"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Educational Purpose

Premier Trading University provides educational content, mentorship, and training designed to help students develop knowledge and skills related to trading and market analysis. The Program is intended solely for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that trading involves risk and that there are no guarantees of profits, income, or financial success. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

I acknowledge that Premier Trading University, its instructors, employees, and affiliates do not make any promises or representations regarding the amount of money I may earn or profits I may generate through trading.

3. Individual Responsibility

I understand that my results are dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to:

• My level of effort and commitment;

• My ability to apply the concepts taught;

• Market conditions;

• Risk management practices; and

• Personal financial circumstances.

I accept full responsibility for my own trading decisions and understand that I may experience financial losses.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. I understand that I may lose some or all of the capital used for trading. I agree that Premier Trading University shall not be liable for any trading losses or damages resulting from the use of information provided through the Program.

5. Student Participation

I acknowledge that success in trading requires discipline, education, patience, and continued practice. Participation in the Program does not guarantee mastery or profitability.

6. Acceptance

By purchasing and participating in the Premier Trading University Masterclass, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
